Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-14
These Terms govern your purchase and use of PayReady, a source-code starter template sold by Li Weifeng, an individual seller based in China (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using PayReady you agree to these Terms.
Product
PayReady is a digital product: source code and documentation, delivered as access to a private Git repository or as a downloadable archive. Nothing is shipped physically. PayReady is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Creem.
License
On purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify and deploy the code in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including projects for clients. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the source code, original or modified, as a standalone product, template, boilerplate or starter kit, or make it publicly available (for example, in a public repository).
Third-party services
PayReady integrates with third-party services such as Creem, database hosts and authentication providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for your own accounts, API keys and compliance.
Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which may act as merchant of record. Prices are in USD, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. The current launch price is $49 (regular price $99). A later price change never affects licenses already purchased.
Updates and support
Updates may be provided at our discretion. Support covers setup questions about the code as delivered, by email.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The code is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing any application you build with it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page.
